Dr. Cynthia Norall is an Educational Psychologist and a BCBA-Doctorate. She was a Bilingual School Psychologist for 10 years before founding and directing CASE, Inc. an ABA Agency servicing infants, children and teens with Autism which utilized Behavior Therapy and Social Thinking Skills. In 2016 she broadened her work to include Advocacy and Educational Consultations to families with special needs students. She now provides Expert Witness Testimony and Employment Consultation for individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. She is the Author of Quirky, Yes, Hopeless No and is currently working on her second book, Quirky @ Work.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION:
A certified cognitive behavior therapist, Dr. Norall’s dissertation was on parents’ perspectives regarding educational resources and services for children with autism. She has a Master of Science degree in counseling from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California at Davis.
